To enable the staff to have good exercises for their physical and mental health in the midst of busy work, the Company organised the Second Stage Yoga Training Session. Yoga training is good for physical health as well as mental wellbeing, enhancing one's immune capability, improving one's emotional wellbeing and achieving a balance. The Company has always been very focused on the physical and mental health of the staff which is always the top priority of the Company.
